There is a new energy in the air as students returned to campus this week, including our Bucky’s Butchery team! They are ready for a great semester, our last full semester in our current Meat Science & Muscle Biology Lab, before we make the big move to the Meat Science & Animal Biologics Discovery building in 2019. As part of the welcome back, we toured the new building and enjoyed sharing the space with students whose experience ranges from four years, all the way to first day on the job. They are ready to serve our Bucky’s Butchery customers – stop by and say “hi” Thursdays from from 4-7pm and Fridays from 11am-3pm at 1805 Linden Drive.
