The first of a multi-phase move is complete! Meat processing equipment moved from the current Meat Science & Muscle Biology Lab on Linden Street to the new Meat Science & Animal Biologics Discovery building on Observatory Drive. This equipment, along with newly purchased and generously donated equipment will be cleaned, placed and installed in preparation of the validation work to come in the new building.
