2019 Wisconsin Food Safety Summit, Hosted at UW-Madison Nov. 7th
On November 7th, the University of Wisconsin – Madison Meat Science and Muscle Biology Laboratory, in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service, will be hosting the 2019 Wisconsin Food Safety Summit. This seminar will address current topics in food safety featuring speakers from the USDA, FSIS the meat industry, and from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
